Meet Jackson 👋 one of the newest members to the culinary team, who works as a Cook for the last 9 months. He works the line during service and also makes desserts and breads, and whatever else Chef throws his way! Before joining the team, Jackson was a culinary student at the @culinaryinstituteofcharleston at @tridenttech and has taken The Establishment kitchen by storm ever since. He is creative and fast, and his calm, cool, collected demeanaor is a joy to have on our culinary team! Jackson loves the ever-changing menu of our restaurant, which allows him to constantly learn and adapt new techniques. We are honored to recognize his dedication and skills, and we invite everyone give him a cheers 🥂
